How to register to bid online

Online bidding for Phil Minnaar auctions takes place on the Online Auctions Africa platform. Follow the steps below to create your profile and register for the auction. Registration deposits: R50 000 for immovable property auctions and R10 000 for movable asset auctions, refundable in terms of the conditions of sale.

    Submit your FICA documents and deposit

    Email your required FICA documents together with proof of payment of the applicable refundable registration deposit to auctions@philminnaar.com.

    Await bidding approval

    Your registration will be reviewed. Once approved, you will be notified and your profile will be enabled to bid in the auction.
